Changes & Bug Fixes:
- fixed bug with trade when trading too many items,
- fixed furni click hotspots,
- added catalog icon to primary nav (once obtained from Hubble Shop),
- preloaded avatar tools (axe, pickaxe, spade, etc),
- fixed avatar tools layering issues for some angles,
- added more UI sounds,
- added support for wall art
